So I made a System Restore point (in case something goes wrong) and went here: On my Windows 10 圆4 I have a Realtek device and did not see in Control Panel the Audio Manager but I don't even really know what that is or if I would like it is I did see it. Many Realtek downloads are for drivers only and you need the "package". One problem that might be thwarting resolution is we don't know what everything you've tried, from where you're downloading, or what you are downloading. I did so for the this specialized riser sound card which ASUS did not leave room to put on the M/B. I did get it back after need to go rescue some files on some external drives which only could access by Win7 so went down, installed the specialized drivers for the riser did my stuff then upgraded back to 10. Just a short one which seems the same but pages are missing. It may have had help by Goddess_Bastet but am not finding the longer thread. Needing to stop Windows 10 from installing drivers for it :

Some where on this site is a thread that answered the question but it had to do with going into the driver repository with a program and taking out remaining drivers that are there as well. The Panel should have had a short cut in the Task Bar for it as well as in Control Panel. There is convoluted ways of trying (as I did with ASUS SFX Riser sound card on a old board). Windows 10 removes the Audio Manager when it feels like it and it is never to appear again.
